If you have missed or failed your exam and project, please complete the form below. There is a $127 fee to reschedule an exam and/or resubmit a project for grading.

Options:

• – If you would like to resubmit your project and keep your previous examination score, please select the option to “Resubmit Project Only” below, and upload your newly completed project.
• – If you would like to retake the exam and keep your previous project score, please select “Retake Examination Only” below.
• – If you would like to do both, please select “Resubmit Project and Retake Examination”
